Liberty Quality Rumor
Sorry so long between posts,
there is something going on with Quality on 38th St. Word is that the corporation wants to be rid of all the PA stores.
In fact some delivery vendors have been put on a budget.
Most credible rumor, as credible as these rumors go, is that Tops is looking to buy the store. But I also hear the same thing about Giant Eagle.
Meanwhile, Walmart has broken ground on upper Peach with the intent to open by May 2010.
